The brief To create the launch strategy for a new social enterprise, dedicated to supporting people living with familial intracranial aneurysm syndrome, a rare hereditary disease.
The solution A strategy and launch for Hereditary Brain Aneurysm Support to establish it as a trusted and credible, patient-led organisation.
Building the strategy and its subsequent delivery included stakeholder mapping, stakeholder engagement and networking, social media strategy, content creation and scheduling, and management of copywriter and web development agency.
I also worked with the founder to build vision, mission and values statements as well as governance structure ahead of launch.

The brief Thinktank, Birmingham's science museum, set a 90 Day Challenge for a project team to close income gaps and spot opportunities for maximising profit and new ways of working.
The solution Project strategy and delivery, managing a small project team with set aims, outcomes and KPIs.
Heading up the team, we focussed on creating reasons to visit for current and lapsed visitors, boosting income via admissions, onsite spending, ticketing partnerships and membership sales.
