Project Challenge
The Executive Leadership Team had set a 90-Day Challenge for the in-house team to maximise income while trialling new processes and ways of working as part of an ambitious organisational cultural change.
The Action
I acted as project manager for the 90-Day Challenge, facilitating a core team to identify opportunities to maximise income through ticketing and secondary spend. By holding the space through weekly check-in, an agile way of working and helping set a clear plan and shared goal with KPIs and outcomes, I enabled better collaboration and new ways of working.
Organisation Results
Income for Q4 exceeded the 90 Day income target by 178%, ending the financial year above forecast. By instigating new ways of working, providing a shared goal through collaboration and facilitating weekly check-ins, I helped the organisation embrace the challenge, trialling new working methods, increasing collaboration, and deploying new systems and processes.
