A small, full-service marketing agency needed help articulating its services and approach to potential clients, as it had outgrown the existing brand copy and positioning. All leads came through direct referrals and networks. And much of the work carried out by the agency was subject to non-disclosure agreements due to working in the med-tech space.

The Action

Collaboration with the Account Director, facilitating two Discovery workshops to update the copy on the website, LinkedIn Company page and staff profiles. Suggest copy that challenged existing assumptions while improving the description of the agency, its approach, expertise and ethos.

Organisation Results

Distilled the brand essence and expertise of the agency, reflecting its approach while overcoming the challenge of being unable to give case studies and regular showreels. Updated copy on the agency's website, LinkedIn Company page and staff profiles provided consistent brand voice and company descriptions to help potential clients in the ‘research’ phase.
