This week I've (mostly) been
Continuing to build the patient community with HBA Support, including meeting with Breaking Down Barriers as we put governance structures in place
Recruiting for an Advisory Panel as part of the above (anyone in my health and charity networks do please take a look and share)
Creating content for Medics4Rare ahead of a takeover day next week
Submitted status report re: the current project with Birmingham Museums Trust and starting to look at lessons learned, recommendations and next steps.
Planning two photoshoots, one on behalf of a client, the other for...me! Am working with the excellent Laura Rhodes Photography to complement the brand project Max from Bite Design is developing.
Looking ahead to the spring and summer months, including a few proposals in the works
And I've been reading/listening
People's Plan For Nature launch. Citizenship, collaboration, participatory democracy, agency and change for a better, more sustainable future. This is huge. Get involved: https://www.saveourwildisles.org.uk/community/peoples-plan-for-nature.
This Birmingham-based project from CIVIC SQUARE and Birmingham Museums Trust (BMT), and The Space to create interactive experiences as part of their ongoing work to connect with their wider communities. More here including a really fun YouTube clip of the digital Digbeth experience https://www.thespace.org/resource/building-and-sharing-digital-worlds

Week 4 of Couch to 5k done!
No volunteering this week
Booked first bass lesson, starting next week
